You can replace the hat with the dubious one because it deals more. (Eg. When the bear attacks with its claw when you wear the scary crowhat it gives 2.64k dps but when you wear dubious, it deals 3k dps)
This build is nerfed for people who just likes to sitback and let the bear do the job as they now removed bear auto attack, you have to spam lobbing/throw to get at least one (idk what is the projectile) to hit in order for the bear to attack which they are annoying to get hit with.
I just use more summon count to make bearhead summon chonky and deal more damage. My record for summons with no potions is 9. It results in a bear larger than the actual boss
you can get it by completing a quest in the upper desert near from a guy named yama. hes behind the buster of souls and to complete the quest u only need to hand in 3 pieces of regular silk. the quest is also repeatable
I didn’t copy your build in fact I had no idea that someone else made a summoner build video also this video was recorded some time ago I just hadn’t edited it. However, yeah many builds are the same because there’s kinda a clear meta and there being not a diverse selection of meta gears with some being clearly better.
