So... I don't know how can I ask you this question but I hope that you will understand me. How can you make these texture? Do you create these texture or the texture are from the tool box? I want you to understand me, every effect start with a texture so, how can you make these texture? and in these VFX, do you use the same texture for whole single VFX? Or In single VFX there are many of effects that make this VFX? I know... this question like a puzzle but I hope you understood me because I really want to make insane VFX
I don`t make textures because I`m not good at making them. I get them from a bunch of discord servers that giveaway textures / free vfx. However, you can use Photoshop, Krita or Gimp to make them yourself, if you are good enough. I use various of textures to make a VFX, some of them are just a plain image and others are flipbooks (think of it like an animation). The result of your VFX matters by the way you are coloring and modify the textures, plus the way they overlap. I hope I helped you in some way!
I have a question. So is this vfx just different particle emitters delayed at different times to make that explosion effect or did you code it. im a beginner so I’m trying to understand. Also great vfx it looks so good 😭
