In order for Chase to keep his powers, he must win in an intense brawl against the government in the middle of the night that could cost him a lifetime's worth of goals, and in order to do this, Chase must use every last bit of his power. Unseen forms, beams, fireballs, icicles! Will all of this be enough to conquer the government, and for Chase to fulfill his dreams of fighting crime alongside Geo and Jamison?
