If anyone is still wondering, Roblox removed these because “It was unoriginal/stolen clothing”. This is because Roblox was cracking down on botted clothing that was being mass reuploaded to the catalog. However, it seems that Roblox falsely took down the Chainsaw Pants and Money Necklace in the process.
Before they got deleted, I wore the bloody diarrhea pants solely because my avatar was a "character" I made that's severely overweight and depressed so they couldn't keep track of their bowels and now I'll have to change it
The fire is broken due to too many particles. Remove some of them. It will fix the problem. It glitches since it goes over the particle limit, so it removes some of them to put the limits back, which causes the glitching.
Roblox could've just changed the name to spilled paint pants, but they'd rather delete it and take this wonderful thing away from the community, just to get china players to be able to play for 2 hours per week.

The bloody diarrhea joke has been going on for so long. Old Albert could be playing Trolling in Roblox highschool and always had to point out the bloody diarrhea pants. Rip legends
The pants are content deleted anymore, although you can't buy them anymore. So to have them you would've had to owned them before it got content deleted for a year.
@STAY MAD roblox as a whole isn't terrible, but the player base is what makes it pitiful. there's great games out there but unfortunately dominated by copy and pastes which is in my opinion the worst problem within roblox
