it only works on chaos kingdom since jester gives every tower a 5x dmg bonus to all towers once he losses 100k health. so the maximum dmg you can do is 10% of a boss' hp with a spectre buffed crucifix on maps that are not chaos kingdom
People in this comment section say El Goblino is extremely broken without realizing he struggles heavily with stunning large crowds. Even the weakest enemy can walk into his traps, which may even lend room for larger, more dangerous enemies to pass through. A pretty good way to balance out what would've been one of the most OP towers in the entire game, making him good against bosses, but horrible in the waves before it
el goblino isnt that bad for normal waves, they suck early game but later on all you have to do is put them behind ur defense so the only things that get caught in the traps are big threats
@@waferbit Yeah, people use the "He sucks with crowd control" as an excuse for him to stay the way he is. But they don't understand that hes not meant to handle crowd control. He is meant to handle solo/minimal tanky enemy/bosses. Hes TOO GOOD for what he is meant to do.
I saw a comment similar on berkhay's video on Larry, Larry (El goblino) deals 10% of the boss' hp, spec doubling that is now 20% and jester giving a 5x boost, 100% (meaning you could one-shot jester and saying you beat choas kingdom on hard may sound less impressive)
Man, I remembered when i first fought Jester, he was an annoying boss fight with his 3 million hp at the time. But now he dies like a chump by one tower.

El Goblino wasn’t lying when he said he could he would try and help us out in our battles- Dude was not even trying and still one shotted Jester with just a crucifix 💀

El goblino nerf calling it. On SANDBOX library,his crucifix and a few support literally killed him. He also got blastech brawler to 400k and that’s saying a lot considering fences aren’t on library.
i wont be surprised if there is a nerf, he can stun anything AND do 1/5th of an enemies hp with an ability. pair him up with byte and you have enhanced stunning methods.
i meann he isnt, terribly broken, the cd and trap speed kinda makes up for it, besides his ability he isn't really that good the dmg isn't that good its only good for the stun, if there is a nerf I can see the ability stun being reduced to about 7 secs, case 10 is a lot
Boss melting aside, El Goblino lacks sustenance. Yeah his snares are great but useless on most maps because of the large enemy waves and long downtime.
@@l3ryce2877 while it does seem that the crucifix can do insane damage and the traps also seeming to also stun for a long time, it is absolutely horrible against hordes of enemies. I sort of get it if it does seem too op but keep in mind the fact that the crucifix and the traps can also be used against smaller enemies as well. Also I am not sure if this oversight is still there or if it was patched or not, I will admit that the jester boost thing is op but for normal gameplay it seems balanced for me.
so basically what happened was el goblino's ability lets him place a crucifix on any of his traps, said crucifix stuns any enemy it hits for 10 seconds and takes 10% of their health away, pair it with spectre and it does 20%, so the jester fight buff which occurs when fighting jester buffed the crucifix and made it damage 100% of an enemy's hp
jester is coded as a boss, its just when jester losses 100k hp he applies a buff to all towers increasing all of their stats by a ton, having crucifix dmg exceed 100%. Also the DJ Hiku skin is from the hard mode of Idol Encore.
I think El Goblino needs a nerf. I know that he SUCKS when there is spam, obviously hes going to be bad. But just like stella, if you actually use him the right way, he is broken op. El Goblino is too good at what hes meant to do.
el goblino's crucifix ability does 10% of an enemies hp, with max spectre the buff is increased to 20% of an enemies hp, when you deal 100k dmg to jester all towers will get a crazy buff to all stats increasing their stats by 5x or more, bringing crucifix dmg up to 100% or more of an enemies hp, instantly 1 shoting anything
