EoT Ending can only be activated by completing monovoid in the same server you are in. It means that, after completing monovoid, you must stay in the server and play Destination Point to the end to see the ending. If you complete monovoid and leave the server and rejoin, you wont get the ending, and you have to restart from the beginning.
