Personally I dislike how AI only spawns near you, as it removes a lot of the survival aspect due to it becoming far easier to live off of AI, because you barely need to put any effort now. Honestly it’d be great if fish ai was in the water at all times, not just when players are near it.
Yea the main reason is lag issues in the current game, so there is a limit to the number of AI that Ludi can put in there at a time. The final game will run so much better with mesh deform models and the better map design
Tip for new fishing Its hard to hunt as eagle now when new fish came, but there is still one bird that can catch them. YES and its the marabou, marabou and other storks will oftenly sit or stalk to catch it, I see how always herons do
i have a few updates i’d like to suggest incase somebody could get these to Ludi or if somebody can tell me if he’s already working on it (i don’t use discord to see the server.) also if someone knows Ludi, i think i’d be a great idea pitcher! general updates i’d like to see. clans / prides / herds - make a button on the screen somewhere where you can click (also don’t hide mouse button so we can see where it is) and you can view your pride/herd/clan as well as members and survival rate maybe? as well as scent instead of a map (i think maps are too easy) where you can pick up a certain colored scent for example purple is your clan members (can see from any distance) and green is prey which you can only see if nearby, red for predators which u can only see if nearby i think it would add nice realism also dust ! i’d like for ludi to add a “hard stop” and when you do that dust forms by you then disappears slowly i think itd look good LION UPDATES I WOULD LIKE TO SEE! cubs of course, as well as a adoption button like cenozoic survival but a longer cooldown like 500 seconds (as long as it takes for one cub to grow to juvenile thag many seconds before another can spawn ) or group adoption spawns where u can spawn at most 3 cubs ! and being able to carry cubs especially leopards being able to steal cubs (any other predator as well, also would like for every animal to have cubs with this same aspect) also scars and wounds from battle (long term, don’t disappear after a while) also after predators eat carcass they have red all around their mouths, just for more realistic as well as with prides / clans / herds you don’t have to click N to see names if their in your group you automatically see their name
Hi there! Many of these are planned already. The clan/pack/pride system will work in the final game. There will be injury and also blood (but with it being Roblox it can only be so much and not too gory). There wil be no scent feature for prey, but there will be things like scent marking etc. Ludi has said cubs are a "stretch goal" meaning he will only be working on sub/full grown animals for now. He will add cubs if he can, but it isn't definate.
Also I feel like the hares should spawn on the map cuz as a eagle u can really hunt to many hares unless do they come out of the bushes and did they delete the discord?
@@CheeseWater. Yea the AI will continue to be improved, it is probably more ludi using simple spawns for them atm. Yes the discord is deleted, Luid will post any big news on his own RU-vid now

I think it would be fun for carp like fish to migrate from southern end of river to northen end of river. Like northen end of river is there nesting grounds and stay there for a few weeks and then head back to the southern end at the wet season. But catfish would just be solitary staying in the northen end of river all year around digging out burrows in the wet season which is a cold is season of africa to keep warmer and come out there dens in the dry season to continue feeding and pairing so they can lay eggs ( same idea as carp like fish ). Along with the idea it would enable fish eagles to catch more fish to satisfy there hunger more. If you’re wondering about fish in ponds it should mostly be catfish living in there since I said they should be “solitary” and not migrating with the carp like fish ( salmon ). Along with all of those ideas they should make the carp like fish ( like the catfish ) go to the northen end of the river to pair up and lay eggs making it the next generation of salmon fish.however my opinion of how much there should be in one migration is about 50 - 90 salmon.It would be a great ai adjustment and would increase realism in game.

VR rock took the place of the older Point Pond. VR Pond is where it was before VR was removed. Go SE from Point Rock to find it, it just feels a long way to get there as VR is gone :)

Me and my friend have been on my private server, we have tried both stork and fish eagle and have waited 5+ minutes right next to water and even in water near wetlands. We have tried other places too but I have my nametags on which don't even work. Also the AI hares don't even spawn near you in my server they are just standing around in fields not even bushes and don't run when you go near them. Help?
There was an issue with the fish falling through the map. The best place is now Point Rock pond, but the fish should already be there...you don't need to wait for them to spawn. The last AI update was hares spawning in bushes. Ludi kept changing it when he wass doing these updates, so sorry if it's confusing. It sounds like the hares might be glitched if they don't run. I will go see if hares are stuck for me too and let you know :)
@@ocelotanimals thank you! I just logged on now and caught a catfish on the way to PR pond while I was going past the river haha! I'm not sure why it doesn't show up on the nametags but every single hare I have caught never ran, it's very strange.
@@Chemira. Fish don't have name tags, only hares. The hares are glitched after Roblox did that update that broke game animations yesterday. I just checked and yes the hares just sit there. Ludi will probably just fix the AI in the recode update now. I did make more videos about the changes to spawns that Ludi made. The AI spawn randomly now, so for fishing the best place is just ponds. @@ocelotanimals I thought I was the only one having an issue with the hares, the recode shouldn't be too far away so that's fine. But I have had a couple hares just completely sink under the ground once I caught them, is this also to do with the Roblox update?
