Ironically, he was just about to solve crime, when a big anti-crime machine (which had been hijacked to do harsh crimes) rocked up and disrupted the crime resolution summit by doing a shit-ton of violent crime. Life is hilariously cruel.
If you remember what happened to Emil in the first movie, getting shot and dying somewhat instantly is probably better than sliding into 'water' in Old Detroit.
If you're referring to Hob, the boy, you're partially right. The correct term would be Criminal Genius. In his wildest dreams turned nightmares, young Hob never would've dreamed that, like 5 minutes after striking a deal with a very corrupt Mayor, that he'd be lying on top of literally all the money that he'd ever need...but that he'd never be able to use it. Death stopped his heart before he ever had a chance to spend one dime of that money! The touching part from this movie, though, is when Robocop finds young Hob, laying there all shot up...and starts to go get help, only for Hob to stop him...and then, Hob pleads with Robocop to just stay with him ..which Robocop does. They talk briefly...and to my shock, Hob actually knew, somehow, what Robocop had been through. They both connected, in Hob's final seconds of life. Robocop stayed with Hob, as Hob took his last breath...and then, it was over. That scene, where Robocop has it within him to show mercy to what I'll call a former enemy, touches my heart. I admittedly become emotional, just thinking about it. Sorry to be so long in my text. Just needed to get that off my chest (So to speak).
The narrator is hilarious. I'm usually hard to please, but, this time- I had to laugh! We can sometimes get some creativity on Yutube after all. Heh,heh! Thanks for making me laugh, it's a rarity .
Some great voiceover work here! Gives a kind of insanely hilarious quality to this Death Machine. I don't know why, but I actually hated seeing Hob get killed like that. But, as they say, Death comes for us all.
Give uncle Sam his deal it must be federally regulated in the distant future potentially or cops will be out of jobs and soul drug dealers the federal government will allow people to have licenses to have rewards once in a while food for thought
"This'll teach those filthy bastards who's lovable!" Yes, I agree... Somehow I think RoboCop 2 would have been much better received if RoboCain would have been RoboBender.
The lady at OCP is the answer. A tantalizing beauty, but a rule breaker. Definitely deserved being indicted. As the black executive for ocp had rightly said, " She did choose the brain."
"Mmmh, this guy thinks this comical video is better than this movie, which I like but he doesn't! What should I do...I'LL STATE THAT THIS IS A REALLY GOOD MOVIE WITHOUT A SPLIT OF ELABORATION AND CALL THIS GUY GAY! Yeah, that will certainly change his mind and make him ADORE this film! Duhuhuh!!!"
Him dying was the best part. Too bad they tried to make us sympathise. What Gang would ever have any respect with a kid that anyone could kick the shit out of as boss
