It's supposed to be set sometime before that he still has his partner alive and the other guy who gets the new suit is an addict.

You can kill phase one of this boss without him even taking a step, upgrade the auto 9 to fully auto and when the scene starts use the bullet time slow motion and unload two maybe three clips and the second scene activates, in the carpark do the same but use the dash to evade his running attack. Same for phase three, this is like 2.30 boss battle
