How did you make the 'PICKING', 'DROPPING' and 'INI_BOX' commands called in your program? I cannot seem to make my program open and close the gripper

Thanks for the video. But second part is very hard to follow, as editor is extremely user unfriendly.

This is most probably one of several thousand videos where the demonstrator puts annoying music in the recording instead of explanation. This is not really helping anyone, you are just trying to show off.
