Roboic Palletizing of Woven Polypropylen Bags 

ICM Electronics made a robotic bag palletiser. ICM delivered complete line to the customer with bag conveyors, robotic palletisers with pallet magazine and pallet cover, pallet conveyors and pallet wrapping machine. Capacity of the line 900-1000 bags per hour. Line does 25kg bags, 30kg bags and 50kg bags. Bags are woven PP bags, as well as paper bags. Bags are filled with flour and wheat bran for animal feed.
With a quick modification of the tool, robot can also do palletising of multipacks 10 x 1kg.
