It's not the Roborock problem with your carpet. It's the carpet itself. A regular vacuum would do the same thing. This Roborock only has 2700ah power, I own this one and I have 100 % wool rugs as well as dense carpet. It has never ripped any for carpets up. Mine didn't have Max suction when I started it. Sorry you think it's the Roborock but it's not!
Thanks for sharing. But I'm pretty sure roborock on max suction plus the cheap roller was damaging my carpet. Since reviewing it, I've used many other robot vacuums with no carpet damage. But if it works for you, that's awesome. I'm currently reviewing the Roomba j7+ it has two rubber rollers, and it really cleans the carpet perfectly.
The problem with the carpet being destroyd it´s not all to do with the roborock as a brand! You should not clean a carpet like that every day with a vaccum that has a rotating brush, it will tear them down! once or twice a month is more appropriate intervaland in between you should use a vaccum with out a rotating brush!
I've heard it's good for high traffic areas to be vacuumed daily. This keeps the carpet from getting matted down. Thankfully, I have the Erabros LS1 with no roller brush, so I run that on a schedule every night. Then, use a roller twice a week.
You always start the robot from the dock! The sensores under the robot is preventing it from falling down a stair, not made to avoid the little pig:)! Before making the map for the robot you open all doors to the rooms you want it to clean and moving away things that is not supposed to be there so it can make a complete map. Myself i got the xiaomi s10 that i love!
@@AtHomewithLucas 694 is cheaper and don't have mapping, it's just random, and I don't feel it can do deep cleaning and dust bin capacity is also lower... But do you still think romba is better than roborock, after service support and long lasting?
I point it out again to make it clear to every one IF you want the robot to find the dock with no hazel you have to start your cleaning with your robot positioned IN the DOCK
