funniest part is, bros working half a day. if he did a full shift like a nurse, 12 hour days he'd be fucking laughing all the way to he bank. I'm sure he earns enough that he doesn't have to do that though.

Hey Charlie, I've always said the same thing. Yea they can lay 3000 a day, but that's 3 guys on a single faced wall, and that doesn't include the setup time for the machine, the maintenance, clean up, hauling, storing, and cost. Not to mention you can't use it on a lot of jobs, and it will probably only last a year before it needs major repairs. There's a reason these brick laying machines go into mothballs after a while.

48 I am not a squeak in my joints or rarely a ache in my body and i lay concrete blocks mostly in Ireland and work in England but I never drank or smoked and eat healthy and run and lift weights on days of and weekends it's all in the genes or in how well we look after our selves as hard work never killed anyone, but I will come back to you in two years when I am 50👍

Forget about the numbers, you can't replace a craftsman with a machine. I would much rather buy a house built by a craftsman than a robot! Somethings are just not replaceable. Team work always is the solution! Keep it up Charlie!

I remember the college tutor saying he had been on sights that were paying a quid a brick, was like “oh fucking hell good money that” at the time but now looking back bloody bell I didn’t realise how much money that’d be in a day if you ran your own bricklaying business.
