His speech basically boils down to "Do not try to convince me of inner values because my outer appearance not only gets me discriminated but also leads to lethal self-hatred." It's not poorly written or unrealistic for a real life person to feel this exact way but here I can't take it seriously even as a joke because it's presented in this Dorkly-esque dark-"realism" comedy subversion style. It's shown as if he actually had made a good point when in actuality he's actually just reasonably depressed and venting out of of nowhere about an issue he not only can learn to live with but has at that moment lived through various character building experiences that would counter his pessimistic worldview. His feelings may be valid but it seems more like he is using them as an excuse to absolve himself from seeking happiness. Sincerely, someone who has no idea what they are talking about
I mean it does make alot of sense when you think about it. The swamp benders were bending the water inside the plants to control them, so if cabbage man can waterbend, he can definitely use the same concept to bend cabbages.

fun fact: the homestar runner is controversial because they didn't ask the creator like they usually do and it's one of the few time the creator got pissed of at robot chicken for not asking (this doesn't count anything with the music parody from what I've rea)
I thought it was moreso controversial because nobody really got the joke. I think it’s a Homestar/Homeland Security joke? Idk. Parody law doesn’t require you ask permission, but some people still ask as common courtesy (like Weird Al)
@@OctacleEdits another fun fact, Coolio (the one who got mad at Weird Al, who asked Coolio's management for permission) eventually said he basically told himself "even Michael Jackson didn't get mad, get over yourself" and was completely okay with it after.
I'm surprised Robot Chicken never made a single Tom and Jerry parody. Maybe because Seth Green either hated that cartoon when he was a kid or simply did not know a single thing about it and never watched a single episode?
@@supahcomix You're correct about that. It's controversial because Seth Green didn't ask for permission to use Homestar Runner in a parody. The Brothers Chaps noticed, and surprise surprise, they weren't happy.
Bulls actually don't have udders. They have nips. First time I rented it I was like why does kevin james have dairy cow udders if he's a bull but then Sam elliot sang a Tom Petty song and all was right with the barnyard. Grown man in tears over a cartoon. Shouldn't have smoked that.
“I guess I deserve this” what makes that so much better is that it’s entirely in character for Aang. And honestly He does deserve it justice for cabbage Man
2:26 damn, never knew that homestar runner would make it into robot chicken, never seen it, but it’s nice to see the art style being accurate to the source material 4:48 also as a kid, I thought that Napoleon Dynamite was from the 80s

Not gonna lie, the first thing I thought of when they made fun of someone not showing his face was Mandalorian, and then I was wondering how they could predict something that hadn't happened yet
Now we NEED Robot Chicken 60s Nostalgia Compilation. And HAVE Thunderbirds appear in Robot Chicken please. They NEED just as MUCH attention as the franchises Robot Chicken satirize.
Normally the stop motion is pretty basic (not meant as an insult, I know this takes FOREVER to do at the level they do it) but im ngl, the fight scene with aang and zuko was actually kinda dope. The camera following them instead of snapping to the next scene was a nice touch too
I have 2 Robot Chicken sketch ideas based on Scott Pilgrim, one where Matthew Patel goes "Are you not Scott Pilgrim?" and Scott says "You're looking for Scott C. Pilgrim, I'm Scott S. Pilgrim" and then matthew patel asks for Scott C. Pilgrim and 20 people raise their hands, and he names off like 50 details and the same 20 people raise their hands for every single detail. Another one is where when Matthew Patel introduces himself as Ramona's first evil ex while doing his bollywood theatrics, he does an Indiana Jones and pulls out a gun and just shoots him like "I'm not dealing with this bullshit"
I Wish Robot Chicken Do More Totally Spies. I Love Totally Spies Show, They’d Should Do The Parodies Episode, Like Attack Of The 50ft Mandy And Passion Patty Episodes. Those Episodes Are My Favorites.
That date-tape guy is a creep… Wasn’t Samara like 12 when she was killed… They should follow this sketch with Chris Hansen asking that guy to take a seat, lol Also shutting down that dating company for having an underage girl being one of their potential match selections 😅
I'm trying to think of what '60s things have been parodied on the show. I can think of the following: -Bewitched -I Dream of Jeannie -Sesame Street (1969, so it technically counts) -The Beatles -The Flintstones -The Jetsons That's about all I can remember, though.
@@TheListenerCanon I gained consciousness in 2005, And I was just exposed to a lot of pop culture from the 90's and grew up with a lot of media's that were getting more advanced and popular as time went on
@@TheListenerCanon And you do you know you can miss an era even tho you weren't born in that era right?, Like take your favorite TV show for example, You miss that era cause Overtime things became more less about creativity and people caring to just doing things for profit
