I meant to do these all at once, but ended up losing the music files in a computer crash. Once again, all rights to this song belong to Ulpio Minucci and Arlon Ober.
- Alerta roja!
Despite the criticism Robotech gets, most of the music is amazing. Sure the Minmei songs are cringe-worthy but the the rest of the music still holds up even today.
I've read all but one of the books yet I do own them all. The only one I could not bring myself to read, despite having the book now for over twenty years is the Master's Gambit. Though I'm told from rumor it's not very good and is easily the weakest of the books plot wise.
When I heard this song in the cartoon I knew the shit is geting serious and my palms are beginning to sweat in anticipation. I love how after so many years I have a need to hear the Robotech songs
AP love his music but the one's for all the singing cheracters was really weak and to put a modern comparison it is the same as English pryline from bravely default.
For western audiences yes, crashed my bike many times riding home fast to watch it after school on non-record-able TV. movie is properly green lit now. I.T. Director and the Wonder woman writer, although I'd much prefer a serialized Netflix adaptation.
Every time I hear this music I can just visualize that montage of pilots getting into and powering up their destroids or veritechs with Lisa Hayes over the intercom repeating "Red alert, report to your battle stations, this is not a drill!"
This is quite literally the music of my childhood. Just before Gundam came out in the UK my gran had found a random VHS at a car boot sale called Robotech and this beast of a beat was perfect for the scene of the first launch and battle.
Awesome 👍👍👍🇦🇷
Perfect 80's battlestation! So many memories of yesteryears rushing down through my mind after discovering this epic music. Thank you so much Khyron56 for uploading it.
I have not looked at anything Robotech in 20+ years. the battle stations music popped in my head just by reading the title of this video. I guess I am still a fanboy.
ATENCION TODAS LAS UNIDADES: - Alerta roja!
Larga vida a Don Ulpio Minucci y a Don Arlon Ober 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋🇦🇷
I was a grown adult and my brother was about 11 watching Robotech every afternoon during the week and recording it on the VCR to play after 8 when our parents went to sleep... For years, I couldn't get this theme out of my head and it used to irk me to no end. In retrospect, it was kind of fun but I had a plethora of things going on that I didn't want to lose track of so it was irritating. Looking back, it was kind of fun though.

I’ve always dished out props to my older brother. 80s horror movies, sick thrash metal... but the cartoons he introduced me to was too much. They were great and now I’m a trendy millennial without even trying.
1:16 was probably my favorite part of this tune for some reason. It just sounds like "Launch all fighters! Get them moving! All hands to battle stations!" LoL. And then everything after that is the chaos of battle.
soundtracks of Robotech and Lady Oscar were my dream during my childhood in the 90s, to get dramatic as historical with Lady Oscar music like going to the past and Robotech makes me to be ready for the future and check the skies for the zentraedis!!
See i agree to the" kawaii "aspect of some content in the series ,but it is part of what makes it what it is . The instrumentals like "battle stations " this was the flavor at the time and couple it with animation is a huge chance when they took it ,but you knew if you watched this series when it aired on tv you knew what show was on from any room in the house and relocated to the tv ! Still what got me into giant robot anime !
AGUANTE ROBOTEEEEECH!!!!!!!!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
I can't find the sad version of we will win, the one that plays in danas story, its played sometimes in what I call seasons 2 of robotech. Wish someone would upload it!
OMG 24 years later and this is still epic! Too bad they don't make such good music anymore, Capitalism has corrupted everything and all we have is junk pop music
Without capitalism and the freedom/creativity and productivity it brings forth such a series (it's music, visuals and all that it in engenders) would not, nay COULD not exist. It is the infection of anti capitalist (which you apparently extoll) thought that stifles such creation today in 2019. Let that sink in.
If I'm able to, I'd certainly like to finish, yes. I've had a lot to deal with lately, and I'm more than a little bit nervous about uploading the rest of these, due to the recent copyright issues on RU-vid.
Honestly, I felt this theme the most during Robotech New Generation for some reason. Seeing Scott Bernard bark orders to the rest of the ragtag gang while Invid descended upon them felt a lot more frantic than the previous shows (Macross and Masters Saga) where the main characters had the backing of an entire army. No, it was just Scott, Lunk, Annie, Rand, Rook, and Lance, no other reinforcements at all.
