That’s wild, I had no idea. I love “the almanack” of Naval. Would love to cover that here too Sometimes idk if people would be open to more diverse content that I’m interested in on here
Wow, thanks for reminding me of Kamal Ravikant!!! I've heard interviews with him half a dozen times, and bought his book, but did I follow through and do that affirmation???? Right now I'm thinking, "Why do any other affirmation except this one!!!!?" I'm making a commitment to do it for real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😁😁😁😁😁
The book is called “love yourself like your life depends on it.” Read it years ago and it changed my life. Everything got so great that I got complacent and completely forgot about it. Now my life has been really rough for about a year. Just remembered that book a few months ago and have been using it”I love myself” as my baseline thought when things get overwhelming.
oops, what's up Alex, how are you? another very good video. Stories and reports from people who have had success with their techniques and certainly want to pass them on to other people, this is very good, success for you Alex
I have a question about robotic affirming. Do you continue until it manifest the very same day or just until you are satisfied? That's something I often wonder.
You want the feeling of satisfaction, but it won’t always come in every instance. Contrary to popular belief we oscillate between different frequencies all the time. When we’re in a doubtful or “lower” vibe we may not feel the satisfaction. Sometimes it’s easier to depersonalize the affirmation like “peace” instead of “I am peaceful” or “I am abundant” when we need to shift more slowly to get there
