Robotic Metal Finishing - RoboFinisher 

When using robotic metal finishing and robotic welding, one operator will have time to set-up, tack weld, and handle assemblies while simultaneously our RoboArc H-Frame Turn Table welds 2x faster by utilizing two FANUC Arc Mate robots and our RoboFinisher utilizes a 3rd FANUC robot to clean up the welds.
By using our system, Scag Power Equipment improved their mower deck production with the RoboArc's increased weld consistency and improved their paint adhesion with RoboFinisher's consistent cleaning of welds.
