@Rahul The question you have is about the interpolation types. MoveP = Moves the robot position based on the points. MoveL = linear welding. (The robot welds line to line following the points.) MoveC = circular welding. (Using 3 points [start, amplitude, and end.] Makes a curved weld.) MoveLW = Linear weaving. (Using 1 start point 2 amplitude (weavep) points and 1 end point you can have a zigzag straight weld.) MoveCW = Circular Weaving. Same as above, just circular. @Thor That's cartesian mode for X,Y,Z you can also move the robot on many different ways including quantitative movement, tool, and even moving each joint of the robot on it's own. I would probably be careful doing any of that though as it could really mess things up if you have no idea what to do. Adjusting weld parameters is very simple, all you must do is go to the start of the weld and select the programming box and press enter. You should have a popup menu (if not locked out) and you can adjust your parameters there. Careful modifying parameters if you don't know what you're doing, that can result in a lot of bad welds, no welds, or burn through depending on your materials.

It takes some practice at first to get the right angles and distance. Make sure you are trimming your wire stick out to the correct length before programming your moves.
How to feed a new program in this robots specially when there is circular interpolation?please upload the video on this.and please suggest me how can i learn its concept.

Ernesto Fuentes I am not sure what lpck is? If you mean the table lock, switch the left upper switch on the front to straight up and down. You can then rotate the table and get it locked back in place

Go into teach mode and select f1 then robot icon at bottom left then you get options x, y, Z, theese are all different movements, I'm not an expert I'm still learning myself
MoveL is linear movements. These should be used during most weld positions and tight areas of air cuts. MoveP. Is point to point or otherwise known as joint movements. These should be used for quick air cuts. Not for weld points for they are less accurate than MoveL is. MoveC are circular points. These require a minimum of 3 points. MoveLW is linear weave. MoveCW is circular weaving. Weave P is an attribute for weaving.
