Robotics - Publish and Subscribe to RGB Image from Intel Realsense

This video shows you how to use ROS to send and receive RGB images. I used the Intel Realsense but the method should work for any RGB image. I tried to annotate the mistakes that I made programming during the editing process. All the syntax mistakes were fixed since the final program runs :)
