I was thinking about this one and the Rapiro which you can add a Raspberry Pi board to it. Is this one as programmable as the Rapiro?

I'm not impressed. The iSobot I have got before about 8 years ago is much better. It has no visible wires hanging out for example and it has 19 servos. It was even cheaper.

I'm new to robotics, and did some research about what you said. You right! looks great! I guess the missing part is the programmable part? Its a shame that there is no follow up, of its predecessor.

Jerseylance1 For your first robot I think the Bioloid Premium is the best choice. It has more options than the mini. You can make spiders etc.

2/3 of the value of robots r in servos robot is premium the feets design needs to change
