Fun fact: The robot version of Demoman will never use the stickybomb launcher, so therefore Valve never made a proper walking animation for a robot Demoman holding a stickybomb launcher. There’s a plugin that some TF2 servers have, which allows you to change your model to the robot version, and if you use the robot version of the Demoman model while holding the stickybomb launcher, the walking animation will be reversed, as in, the model turns around and walks backwards, but faces the right way when you stop walking. Pretty interesting.
