"Parental alienation" is taken very seriously by the courts. This poor man has suffered enough and so have his children, even though they may not realize it yet. My 1st husband was abusive. Took me YEARS to recover from...and sharing children with him was a nightmare. But I agree, she is the kind of woman who makes it hard on us who actually endured abuse.

Not really….you have to prove monetary damages - which seems robin caused prior to the defamatory statements on tv, and he built himself back up during her time making those statements
@@belladolce85 Lawyer here, he has a case. Even if he built himself back up, the loss of everything before, he can claim. The point is to make the person WHOLE.
So the other wifes purity wasn't given to the person that God chose for them. He didn't treasure it. He insulted it and pushed it away when he was done with them.

I was offended by what she said about her purity. In my opinion she is saying her children should never have been born. Why is it that both Robyn and Kody are so disrespectful to their own children. The fact that she had three children with her first husband, and the first one being conceived before marriage and she is only blaming her ex. She is just as culpable and he was. She made the choice to be with him. She had three children with him. I get what you are saying in what their religion believes in, but by saying what they do totally disses her children. I just can’t think this religion and how they treat their women is good. I would feel so badly saying that, when I have children.

Wasn't Dayton in Kodys care when that horrible accident occurred? And they went after the father. He should have sued not only Kody but the owner of the property where this accident occured. Who exactly did Kody ever take care of financially as far as any of his chuldrem are concerned. Talk about a dead beat father husband and all around horrible man. I feel the same, Kody never had that protective attitude toward his own children, when did he ever want to "go to war" on behalf of any of his own children. Never. He told Isabel she can go to New Jersey by herself to have spinal surgery. And he certainly has never gone to war to fight for Truely's well being.

What is so horrible is she says this in front of children. This is way too personal for really young children to hear. It is also effectively telling her three children that not only did their father take what he shouldn’t, they should not exist. God wanted their younger siblings but not them. How horrible a spiritual lesson for them to endure.
I would sue both of them for defamation. It already in the public eye that the medical bills they're talking about are because of Kody's negligence. I would threaten to sue and have it publicized, which is your right.

I think that both Meri and Janelle should sue Robyn and Kody for the money they put into their house and for the money they’ve put into the property. They owe them that money back and they need to legally go after it.

What Kody and Robyn said at the begining of this piece just pissed me off so bad. Her saying they would take on the hospital bills was unbelievable! Dayton was with Kody when the accident happened. He had no idea how to drive a four wheeler, he wasn't wearing protective head gear and Kody wasn't watching him! Yet they tried to make it seem like it was all on Preston. Robyn is a snake in the grass, shes evil, and conniving! Kody is just like her! I feel so bad for Preston. He has been through hell. I pray that his cancer goes into remission and he can live along time with his beautiful wife and children. I just hope the day comes where Robyn and Kody get everything they deserve!
