Super Fan Ethan Long gathered, edited and produced this interesting collage of moments in the life of The Rock-afire Explosion from its heyday of mass production to today's humble struggle to keep performing for you.
man wish I was alive back then, they run so smooth! when I go to chuck e cheeses they barely even move! (and I love learning about this, it's so cool and interesting! :D)
The reason they move so smooth is they run on air not purely electronic powered motors like other robots, yes chuck e cheeses run on air pressure too but Aron fetcher is an expert and knows what level they should run on.
Rock-Afire Explosion. Forever! Thank you for the greatest assortment of animatronic characters who have the most heart and soul out of anything in electronic entertainment history. They never cease to deeply move me in song or in skit.
4 years ago, I made this tribute video using several archived clips and photos of the Rockafire Explosion, from it's creation on the assembly line, to its use in Showbiz Pizza restaurants and finally to its ongoing commitment to entertain thanks to the hard work and dedication to its creator. The song used is "Die Roboter" by Kraftwerk, which translates to "The Robots". After deciding whether or not to use the english version, I decided to use the original german version, which in hindsight may have been a mistake. There's been some confusion over the language the song is in. To clarify, it's mostly in german, however there is the line "Ya tvoi sluga, ya tvoi rabotnik" which is russian for "I'm your slave, I'm your worker". I really should've either used the english version, or added subtitles, as the lyrics are lost to people who aren't familiar with the song. It's basically sung by a robot voice declaring that "we are the robots", and that they have been programmed to do anything the user desires. I thought this would be fitting to put over images of an animatronic band, and that's how the video started. People have asked which version of the song I used, as this is not the studio version. This video uses a live performance from 2009. You can find it here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RQmSKebicZo.html And yes, the red eyes at the end were a slight nod to FNAF, since it was very popular at the time I made this video. Some people don't like that, but I was just trying to cater to the fans who are interested in both RAE and FNAF. Forgive my attempt to market the video. Special thanks to Aaron for liking my video enough to post it on the official Rockafire channel! Hope you guys continue to enjoy it for many years to come. ~ Ethan Long
No it’s just the original Billybob mascot look it up the original Billy Bob and Animatronic He looks sad the first two built the first generation of the second generation both look sad but the one that we all know doesn’t look sad so that explains it
@@charlotte7587 Yes I am. Name's Ethan Long. Rebranded my channel a few years ago. I personally sent a file to Aaron to post on his channel. Check my channel for the original upload.
When I watch this, I feel like I found a top secert video showing creative engineering's plan to take over the world with the robots and are planning to update the robots with new technology that they were developing and then the project was abandoned and never seen the lights of day. Heck that ending with the animatronics with the red glowing eyes makes me think that about FNAF.
@@4457Specialk they were used in concept unification to turn into munch's make believe band when chucky cheese was getting bankrupt and Aaron offered to buy chucky cheese they remained separate identities and they had to switch the REC band to MMBB(munch's make believe band)
There were a lot of sources for what was used in this video. Most were from old news reports and behind the scenes videos that are fairly easy to find on youtube. A good portion of the videos were featured in the documentary. It took 2 years of building up an archive of material before I even started making this, but I always wanted this song put to the Rock-afire.
4:10 the eyes are red becouse they turn on red light is using not much electricity , and it means that they are still on if you want to check on them in dark ;3
@Tommie Andersson that’s halfway correct when concept unification happened they kept the RAE animatronics but re-skinned so almost but no Chuck E. Cheese is not showbiz pizza renamed
In the original video, he's explaining what electronimation is when Billy Bob "suddenly" adds to what he was saying. I guess he was supposed to look surprised. XD
They have to cover him up to prevent any damage to his fur and stuff. Also the creator has a dog so sometimes he has to cover them up during tours to make sure it doesnt get to excited and jump on one
When you look to the picture of all those animatronics ready to be shipped without some of their cosmetics are probably all Chuck e Cheese animatronics or don’t exist anymore
