I just recently heard Rolling Quartz for the first time and 🤯 This is the best band I have heard in a LONG TIME and while they are all cute, the drummer may be the prettiest human being I have ever seen!

I wanna call out everyones stage presence on this performance. Many joyful interactions. Originally, the highlight of this song was Iree and Hyunjung’s guitar duet. Then the band added the drum solo. Now there’s Jayoung attempting to strum guitar and Iree singing a line loudly and more clearly than I have heard before. Everyone smiling and waving to communicate “Ready for the next part?” - Most awesome RQ song!

I have to say, you ladies are FIRE !!!!! Jayoung's vocals are throwbacks to one of the first real female rock bands from the late 1960's called Fanny. There are also some comparisons to Sousxie, Joan Jett and Janis Joplin, and Jayoung is in very good company. I want to say I heard you were on tour in the US 2023 but I'm not sure. I'm 76 year old rocker from Brooklyn, New York City who had gotten disgusted with the state of rock here. I got reinterested in Asian music about 5 or 6 years ago after seeing a Wagakki band video on Facebook and that led me to the great new music coming out of Asia. I had gotten interested in J-rock in 2004-05 after seeing The 5, 6, 7, 8's in Kill Bill and followed them and Show-Ya for a while before other things caught my interest. Your power trio of Iree, Arem and Youngeun is awesome and Hyunjung does a really great job of supporting them and being a bridge, so to speak. I will keep an eye on your tour dates to see when you will be back in the US. But the best thing of all for me is the number of excellent all-female bands I've become fans of, Band Maid, SCANDAL, Stereopony, Aldious, Doll$Box, Lovebites, Nemophila and others. Female bands were pretty big here from the 1970's through the 1990's but had pretty much died out. Keep up the good work and giving us great music. And my first introduction to K-Pop was 2NE1 and to me they are still the best.
