This definitely has to be my favorite song in the game. And tbh while I like the "to be continued" meme I mostly just like it because of this song, and less so in the context of how the meme is used. I've been road tripping to St Louis over the past couple of days, and I heard this on the radio while driving the other day, and I thought "wait, that's the Jojo meme song". So it was pretty recently when I found that out, and coincidentally you also FC it. So that's nice I guess. I think this is version of the song was recorded specifically for Rock Band, because I never heard that first note in the original version, the 2003 remastered version, or the 2008 remastered version.

My best guess, your activation at 0:56. If it had been roughly 10 seconds earlier and only overlapped the sustains in the Overdrive phrase. That extra meter would be used during your next activation. It looks like there's more chords there...
Your activation at 4:07, if you did it 3 notes later (overlapping and using the next overdrive phrase instead of saving it). The last phrase before the keyboard solo could be used with your next activation after the solo.
