It's an opinion and I think other people might agree him being a bit quirky vs your definitions of quirky being cringe - and this is my opinion on your opinion lol. In any case and for the record, I don't think Run is cringe at all. A lot of the older videos of Run, to me, show him being more quirky than he is now. He's definitely more polished and in-control of the conviction of his movements/freezes than in years prior.
