Triton Ayers, nine months, was diagnosed with Trisomy 9, a rare genetic condition, when he was just three months old. His parents don't know what the future holds for Triton, but they're taking his symptoms and treatments day by day.
I’m 8 months pregnant an my unborn is diagnosed with trisomy 8 I’m prepared but scared ❤️ prayers for us moms ... this is very new to me! But god has my family just ready to met my baby boy 🤍🤍🤍🤍
What adorable kids you both have. She like a mother when to him. Bless her, and he is so feisty which will be in his favor. He's a doll. He's lucky to have been placed in this family, with such wonderful parents. God bless you all.
He is a beautiful boy and he is very happy and lively and he is very loved 🥰 Your daughter is also a sweetheart and how she loves her brother ❤ May God’s blessings and protection be upon you and I will keep your family in my prayers ❤
We are from SC and my son has Trisomy 9p, a 3rd cytoband (24.3) of one arm of the 9nth chromosome, he has level 3 Autism, IDD, Severe feeding disorder on all liquid diet, balance issues, seizure disorder, significant fine motor delay, and they are testing to make sure he doesn't have a cardiac cause for his siezures
Such a sweet baby . Thank you for sharing . My baby is 10 months old and has 18q- . We are also new parents and learning day by day . The unknown is scary
Sad to hear that he died at age eight. It's such a rare disorder that it was hard to predict how long he might live. At least his loving parents got to spend some time with him before he passed. RIP.
I know a full grown man with this...it's really sad. He doesn't really fit in anywhere & he's intelligent enough to know it. Not a good life unfortunately.
Omg my daughter has trisomy 9p duplication we have had 2 surgeries on her legs she started walking at 5. And she just turned 18 very difficult to find information about it
It sounds like most symptoms are minor and I think he will live to be of a normal age. You are so lucky he has such a minor appearance of how this chromosome effects him
Ultrasounds aren't fool proof. They misdiagnose all the time and they also miss things all the time. He seems happy. His parents love him. Not really important at this point
They can only detect so much, especially if the type of Trisomy, that is being looked at is extremely rare. In this case there is only over 100 people so far diagnosed. Also, his features on ultrasound may seem somewhat normal and is not noticed until immediately after birth that this is not the case and are in fact abnormal.
its never acceptable to act on the respiratory actions of a child when he does not need it, it can cause a lot of damage to the child lungs. you need to be really careful when breathing into him like that, thats really harmful. i would appreciate your fed back for your sons well being.. you are doing him harm.
Who the hell are you to tell them how to take care of their sick baby! They already know! Plus you are no fucking doctor to give any medical advice! Crazy idiot!
You suck !!! Everything is beautiful about him and if you can’t see that then you are more stupid!!! I think you are the one who has something wrong!!!
I second the other2 comments and will tell it is Very Rude to ask that question!! Children who are born with medical conditions and disabilities are not born wrong! Parents willing to be vulnerable and share their child’s needs deserve much more respect. Please think of a better way to ask for information AFTER you have watched the video and read comments. Parents don’t need to read questions like yours repeatedly when you can use your intellectual abilities to avoid rubbing it in their face that you think their child is broken!!
