why not? how can you tell. neji speed is incredibly fast too. even if neji somehow couldn't keep up with lee speed. he would still remain untouch as long as he keep the flowing chakra surrounding his body to protect him. neji rotation was even a greater shield than gaara absolute defend. lee wasn't even able to penetrate gaara sand armor sheild with his 5th gates. it wouldn't be easy for him to penetrate neji rotation. plus lee open up gates hold big risk. it gave lee power only in a limit of time. if neji could only hold on till lee move wear off, then lee would be done. well i can't be sure either, but i guess that my opinion.
@@lintongleang1920 neji can't hold rotation for very long, he has mild chakra while people like lee and gaara and naruto have a lot, lee is just too fast. Kakashi with his max sharingan mastery couldn't keep up with 4th gate lee Lmao I actually just typed a whole paragraph

Did anyone realized that Naruto, Sasuke, Rock Lee and Neji are made from Bandai in 2003? I don't own any of those but I'm glad that I'm watching the original Naruto anime.
I want too know how do you have or create the pain, Naruto Kyubi mode, obitio and hashirama figure because they are so beautiful and i never seen in Amazon,Cdiscount or any other market figures like that. ( Pain is my favourit one ).
