Rock Lee with eight inner gate might be a great match for sasuke even with his tommoe reniggan and sharingan because eight gat guy would have killed madara if not for ten tail transformation 🤔

when Sasuke fought Gaara, he could only use Rock Lee's taijustsu for a bit. his body wasn't strong enough to keep it going, meaning Rock Lee would find it easier later in the fight to beat Sasuke. Also if kid Rock Lee uses his 5 gates he'll clap Sasuke in most of his forms

Sasuke with curse mark level 2 is far more powerful than Lee in Naruto's OG and In the shippuden and Boruto series Sasuke easily defeats lee coz he has ems and rinnegan even if not with rinnegan Sasuke dogwalks Lee in boruto, Sasuke's born as a god but still he did hard training with Orochimaru more than Naruto so he's better.
