Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury And John Lennon are some of the musicians I wished still alive today may these Legends Rest In Piece.
I would to see this age progression technology used with a celebrity who is still alive, say Paul McCartney or Bono, and compare how it compares with what they actually do look like now.
There's a drawing that was done of the Beatles in 1968 depicting what they would look like at 64. Just Google Beatles 1968 drawing. Obviously the artist was inspired by the song "When l'm 64". He's definitely way off except his vision of George was pretty good. Check it out. Side note: "When l'm 64" is one of the first songs Paul McCartney wrote at 14yrs old. But is also credited to Lennon on the Sergeant Pepper album. 🙂
I’m not sure what Lennon would’ve looked like, but I’m pretty sure he’d be a full commie, elitist, hypocrite like some of his other phony contemporaries. Wait, what are we talking about again?
Hey Black Storm, He probably would have looked younger, but we took in consideration that he would have been 80 years if he would have been alive today. Of course, we can't be 100% accurate. Thank you very much for the support!
Bobby Fuller is I think the most often overlooked artist that died too young, and his death itself is tragic. Nobody really knows what happened for sure but it’s likely that he was murdered at the young age of 23. Too bad everyone only knows him for I Fought the Law but he has so many good songs such as Let Her Dance, Fool of Love and A New Shade of Blue to name a few. He would’ve been huge if he lived.
Faces are amazing but too much hairs for everyone. Buddy Holly was already wearing a wig at 22. If you watched how grown old his father or brother, you would have had a more realistic picture. Brian Jones looked different at 27 when he died. As a blond guy, he couldn't have kept all of his hairs....
Thank you so much Philip, we are working on another video (vol.2) of these series and most of the ones you mentioned will be on that video. Thank you so much for the suggestions.
Just amazing software bringing their faces back to life. Did that for my fiance who passed away at 25, coming up on 14 years now. So comforting but brings tears all the same.
Brian already looked like you imagined he would around the time of his passing. It was nice to see you had his older self grinning despite all the turmoil he put himself through
I know the guy who did NOT get on the airplane with Patsy Cline - Jimmy Haney, is his name. He was her rhythm guitar player who she sent to be with his family instead of going to this gig after being on the road for months. He is 99 years old now. You are right, all these died way too young, especially the ones that did not die through "misadventure". Dang, be careful folks.
Great video. However, I would imagine that the older one gets, the shorter the hair style gets? Mainly for convenience. And, primarily for males, the hair gradually disappears anyway, due to family genetic history.
Well done. Almost like they were still with us. Thanks so much for doing Buddy & Ritchie. Been waiting for them ever since I found these videos. Hope to see the big bopper soon.
I think you are being pretty generous with the hair. Most people (regrettably) lose their hair as they age. It's unfair but true. I think you got Buddy Holly right though.
Brian Jones would've been 80 Jimi Hendrix would've been 80 Ian Curtis would've been 66 Cliff Burton would've been 60 Peter Ham would've been 75 Cass Elliot would've been 81 Janis Joplin would've been 79 Buddy Holly would've been 86 Ritchie Valens would've been 81 Dickie Pride would've been 81
It'd be an interesting exercise to run that process on the younger pics from stars still alive today and see how the AI-aged pics would compare to their current appearance.
Janis would be easy, her sister is still with us and has always looked a lot like a "straight" version of her sister - you nailed it. Jimi's Dad is still around, I think, great template...again, nailed it! Heroin took out several of these folks. Take it from an old guy, leave the "recreational" pills and powders the hell alone, they do nothing but ruin and kill. Seen it too many times.
@@historiclytv wonderful recreations of talented people. Buddy & Richie do make one cry, too young to have died. Others', while sad, they died by their own hand & excesses'. I was never a fan of Janis Joplin, to me, it was just screaming & not enjoyable, though I enjoy Bobby Magee. Lives' & talent wasted for most of them into drugs'. One would have thought the rest of the World would have taken it to heart and stopped the drugs' ? Alas, no such luck !
I can remember the rockers presented here, and the music that they left us. I often wonder what songs that they could of produced many years later, if all of them lived in our era. Tragic death, suicide or drug over dose is bad then, and even now. May all the great "ROCKERS" live on in music that expressed to us.
Amazing. Janis and Jimi impressed me the most. It really was like them still being alive today. It seems like these people would've been excused from aging! You just can't imagine them being old.
You guys are doing a great job with the suggestions, i've added all of them into the list and we will feature them in the next videos. Thank you so much for the support.
What amazing technology to be able to age the ones we lost so young. I feel robbed of their creative talents but, many of them were just too sensitive to have survived in this world.
I'm so impressed by this technology, especially as they are also animated, they're not all perfect, but hey, they don't have a crystal ball after all 👍
I love how they smile at their younger selves with nostalgia, indulgence, tolerance, and love. Somewhere between "Those we're the days," "Oh I was a young fool!" And "I love young me but I'm glad that I'm here." Things they never got to say.😢
Some stars are to old looking it all depends how they took care of their health if they had lived. Mick Jagger and Ron Wood compared to Paul McCartney and Ringo Star who look allot younger than their peers right?
Well done. The buddy and Ritchie was very amazing. Its sad they r gone. I always listen to there music. I miss them everyday. Wats that song called thats playing.
This is amazing technology and artistry. I love how realistic and warm Mama Cass and Janis Joplin came out. I could imagine a conversation over coffee with them. Your work is wonderful. Guess I'd better subscribe! People are making great suggestions for upcoming videos.
Thank you for these great images. Janice Joplin was amazing. She had strong intellectual and emotional energy. She was like a hurricane of talent just waiting to get on stage.
I saw one of these videos on what John Lennon would look like today,. I Don't think he would look that much different than he looked the day he died. The one who would Look The Most Different was Karen Carpenter.
