Tive o mesmo problema, e como solução definitiva eu tirei aquela chapinha q conecta a bateria na placa e coloquei um fio, assim a vibracao não vai mais quebra-la, vlw pelo vídeo, salvou aqui

I dropped mine from 120cm onto a solid floor and it stopped working. I took it apart as shown. The weld between the circuit board tab and the lithium cell broke off. I jammed a couple of shims (coins might work too) in between the circular end of the battery and the end of the holder to hold this contact tab securely against the battery terminal. This worked. Basically the battery is a bit too short for the holder. Some tape on top as shown should help avoid it bouncing around a bit as well, but I think for mine, that shim does better than the tape to fix it. You'll have a hard time re-soldering the tab back to the battery. You would need a spot-welder, or replace with a lithium ion battery that already has a tab and solder the tab to the board. The video shows (but can be missed if you don't understand it) the placement high-temperature grease (like wheel bearing grease), antiseize paste or heatsink compound between the copper heatsink and case. This is an excellent idea to help keep the LED cooler by conducting more heat to the case. Even toothpaste could work, but would be messier. Air is a poor conductor of heat, anything thick and goopy would help here.

Tenho uma nova dessa tbm... usei 10 vezes... ontem tomei uma bela chuva e entrou água pela segunda vez... e acho que entrou pela borracha do plug USB. Vou ter que desmontar e achar uma maneira de selar internamente.

Eu já tive 2 rockbros R3-1000.. a primeira durou uns 6 meses quebrou o fio interno que liga no led, consegui reparar mas voltou a dar provlema, a segunda não durou 1 mês. Abandonei a marca e peguei da Sorider.
