Wow reminds me of that amazing photo people took all over Alaska of the perfect spiral in the sky! It's definitely the exhaust plume from a rocket, stunning!
It is definitely a spiral rocket trail. EISCAT conducts atmospheric research from Skibotn (nearer and more likely visible from this location) and Svalbard (farther) that uses sounding rockets along with their ground antennas to map space objects, observe and test atmospheric phenomena, and study Aurora. Good spotting!
I seen this kinda thing during Rocket launches but not coming in from space.... very interesting don't think that was a launch from earth . Something came to earth.
