crazy enough.... that's actually how I started in video production...I wanted something that was as close as the "fun" of skating and making skate videos
I'm 55 and yet watching this made me feel as if I were 10 again. The things we thought we could do by watching Wile E Coyote and that damn Road Runner.
I challenge you to put rockets on something that's actually pretty hard to put rockets on because it'll pop but you should put rockets on a O-ring floaty to float down a lazy river faster than everyone else who knows maybe you could do a race against your friends or something it'll also be halarious
I TRIED Inline Skates, but I could NOT find my balance with those. I do VERY well with the traditional roller skates, but NOT Inline Skates. ~ 2:42 You need to [REMEMBER] how to spell "remember". ~ 5:27 How does the parachute deploy? ~ 7:11 Yeah. I thought so. You have a LOT of weight on those SMALL rockets, so you were not going to go far.
Nick and I met through the sport a long time ago. So cool seeing that old footage again dude! That pro spot was well earned. Would love to collaborate on something skating related sometime.
This is sick nick...I saw your video with funk bros and i am like i need to subscribe to you and I did so yeah nice concept of the rocket holder I thought I would have made the first but you beat me to it
@@NickUhas I'm a high school English teacher myself . . . I took a similar path and put skating on hold during college (finished with a 4.0, top of my class). As much as I loved skating, my mission in life was to teach and mentor kids; fortunately, I can do both! Again, best wishes and congrats on your success!
You are so cool and such an inspiration to my life please make a diy submarine and study the ocean also it would make it better if you do a colab on a lot of your vids you are ausome
"Strapping rockets onto their roller blades was a GOOD idea??" "Nah I just really don't trust your skills." "Ah ha ha ha ha, it burned!" = Get it!? Because rockets BURN!!
My suggestion would be to tilt the motors downward now I can force more of the pressure to the ground it might help about 15-20 degrees downward Linda video great job.
I wanted to say I had this idea for a couple years now but I never did it and I am really glad that you did it it makes me happy to see you do something so awesome.
