can't be expected to make every shot but yeah that was really rough for us Houston fans especially with how much we care about him getting MVP and not playing the thunder or jazz
I think okc have a chance to win it all. it alls depends on the seeding. All i know is the rockets nor the warriors want to play okc in the first round.
OKC stinks. Westbrook is an out of control entitled ballhog with terrible judgement. Capella blocks his shot , then he tries to tackle Capella from behind because he's angry. When does the NBA do a psychological evaluation of this guy's mental health. I understand competitive spirit, but every game it's the same clown involved in something with an opposing player, Westbrook.
Well, here we go again. Rockets into the playoffs with 'choker' tattoos. How do you blow a lead like that? It's not like this game was unimportant, it was.
It was very important. Now instead of maybe facing the Clippers as the no.2 seed, they’ll be up against the Jazz most likely as a 4 seed and on GS’s side of the bracket. Har_en reverts back to what he’s known for.
2:19 sec pure greatness. God frequency on the floor. PG did that Thang too. whole team be on God frequency. Kd already been admitted that Pg is his fav player in the league. Non of these analysts ever touch on that angle of that whole kd leaving okc situation, and now his fav player in the NBA is there. Imagine that. KD has received the status of being possibly the second best player in the world to LeBron. Some say no he's better than Bron now especially after the way KD went off last finals. The so-called best player in the world right now or second best which ever u choose to put him is not saying Pg is his fav player for nothing. Don't take my word for it, youtube it. THUNDER UP
The Rockets sure know how to end a season dramatically. That 4th quarter performance is a disgrace, especially from Harden. As a Rockets fan, I am ashamed of this team. They do this bullshit too much and been like this for years. It’s actually hard to get pumped up for the Playoffs because of Harden. He is the main reason why the Rockets lose important games in the Playoffs.
@@ProdigyKicks I believe the choking days are over. Harden singlehandedly brought us back into the picture and with a fully healthy roster to play with I honestly don't think anyone can take us in 7.
@@israeldiaz1828 then why did you single out pg? Lol. I know it was a team effort but be honest it was Russ that led the way. Facts. He put them on his back period. Pg just finished that's all.
Man, we are way better than these Thunder but I notice it's a coaching issue as to why we lose games in this fashion. We should have locked this game up. But Bzedelik made a BAD call to bring Eric Gordon back in the game when the motherfucker missed 7 straight shots before he went to the bench, prior. He NEVER should have came back in the game and took more shots and kept missing all of his fucking shots and lay-ups and got one of them blocked. It not just Bzedelik either. D'Antoni would have did the SAME gotdamn thing and kept Eric Gordom in the game. I dont undertand that type of coaching. Im old-school, and when a guy is flat for the night, you BENCH HIS ASS FOR THE NIGHT. What's so fucked up, Green had the hot hand. He should have came back in for that 4th quarter run. He missed his last 3 shots before he went to the bench but those shot was very contested and understandable. Eric Gordon was missing WIDE OPEN shots with enough time to get off a good shot and missed. This same shit he did last year in the Playoffs against the Warriors. He kept missing his shots for long stretches of the game and had nothing else to fall back on to make up for it. This is why as a Coach, you dont leave a guy like that in the game when he's cold. Yeah he is a starter but he was flat tonight. You gotta pay attention to that as a Coach and do what you can to WIN the game. I feel if Green had came in instead of Gordon, we would have won this game with a healthy lead, man. Harden wasn't getting no help from CP3/House/River. Green was the only reliable bench help that Harden needed, and Bezedlik locked him up on the bench. That was a BONE-HEAD ass, move! D'Antoni would have done the same stupid thing, too. And I cant understand where that philosophy come from where you keep a guy struggling that gotdamn bad, in the game to the end, until they fuck your team, DEAD!
Bridger Johanson you really that confident in OKC when they got burned by a rookie and Gobert who got burned by Capela when they matched up, you guys are easy work when we are at full strength, and I think Faried is a way better option off the bench than Nene’s old ass lol
It was as clear as daylight, how could the refs miss that?? I don't really like how harden plays. He flops to get fouls and is so dirty with his hand-check game.
credit to Russell for last play he made. He probably would take it to the glass to tie up, he got doubled and still didn't just shoot at last 2 second but passed to George cuz he was more open. if Paul wasn't free and Russel took the 3 and missed, people would blame him for that..but thank got some was open.. thunder up.
@@re1ive456 forreal. Why let others sell your product for you when you could sell it yourself. Nba figured that copyright warning wasnt going to cut it anymore.
Why is everyone giving pg props? It was Russ that burned y'all ass really . Clutch threes, rebounds layups. Russ took over this game but y'all won't admit it
Can we stop judging players? Can we just call it a good game and let be as it is? Harden messed up no need to insult the man. How does this benefit you in any way? People grow from things like this. Harden is going to have a good playoff season.
You're right only the refs helped OKC. Houston controlled the score the entire game. OKC , every time they're losing in the 4th quarter , ups aggression and intensity , bodies begin to somehow end up all over the floor, and the refs get intimidated and swallow the whistle. No structure in offense , just shoot the brick and send 4 guys crashing the rim .
@@triplexbeatswomen6344 They are beatable..The media will have people think otherwise..Last year people and the media thought the same thing..It took them 7 games too beat the rockets and they possibly would've lost if it wasn't for CP3 injury.
Even though they was a first round exit. This was a special year for Okc. When they let go melo Paul and Russ had something special. I wish they could’ve add another great piece and ran it back. I’m still happy they both at least on contenders but would’ve been good to see 1 more year.
The haters continue to hate, but if triple-doubles were so easy, how come nobody does it at nearly the rate Westbrook does? ...Suddenly assists and rebounds carry no value? BS! Yes, he's lost his shot, but nobody gives more effort than that guy. Hate on if you wanna!
Playoffs a different monster reg wins out the window rockets nor nuggets want smoke in 1st round beastbrook playoffP n schroder off the bench go okccccccc💍
Westbrook mentality to keep playing until the clock runs out is what separates him from every other athlete in the league. Down 4, westbrook ran down made a very difficult 3 with 20 seconds left, fouled harden, westbrook got a lay up, fouled harden again which lead to a missed FT, westbrook got it, passed to Adam's, Adam's back to westbrook, westbrook to PG in the corner for a tough 3 with with 1.8 sec. this man is a threat when he is on one!
This game is more important than people think. If they would have won this and didn’t choke, they would be the 3 seed instead of 4 and face the Warriors in the WCF instead of the SF. If Durant gets injured again in the second round, the Rockets could have beaten them and made it to the Finals where they will face the Raptors. They could have won a ring
I watched this game live and i will never forget how the Rockets choked the 3rd seed with this loss and had to face the warriors in the 2nd Round smh. If they wouldve won this game alone they wouldve faced the warriors without KD the entire WCF and most likely could’ve pulled it out.
Also OKC would’ve dropped down to the 8th seed and played the Warriors in the first round the Warriors still would’ve won but Westbrook vs Kevin Durant would’ve been a nice story that year too
Never seen a player with less energy on court than James Harden. There should be rules on flipping in the league. Harden's game is too awkward to watch.
Well, that's it. Last games are over. Who would of thought? A month ago, the Rockets had a shot at overtaking the Warriors. Tonight, look what happened. Nuggets and Blazers are behind for 3Q and make huge comebacks to win when they had to. The Rockets? They have a huge lead into the 4th and blow the whole thing because they can't stop the Thunder when it mattered. The result? Two fold. They lose home court against the Blazers, Nuggets and Warriors. And, what's worse, they carry zero momentum into the playoffs. When it gets tough (and it will), what the Rockets will remember and bring to every game in the playoffs is, "When we absolutely HAD to win, we choked." That mindset is a HUGE stone around their neck. If they make it to the final with that against them, it'll be a miracle.
Too bad for PG for having to play through the shoulder injury last 20 games. Cost him the MVP. If OKC win 5 more game, PG would've been a top candidate for MVP.
I know the refs love Harden, but why do they hate George so much? He gets tackled on one play and clotheslined on another and... nothing. If that shit happened to Harden they'd be handing out Flagrants. WTF
