RockFish & Rice "Simple, Impressive, Healthy" 

Testing over 30 Rockfish recipes, this is my favorite. Fresh local Rockfish seared in seasoned butter, sea-salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon rind, and capers. Placed over a bed of brown rice cooked in chicken bone broth and butter. A delight to the palate, healthy, great presentation and super easy to impress your guests.
