love these videos! keep up the good work man. you should make a event space like a open plot of land for events so for like October and November its a pumpkin patch, december its a christmas tree area (like the places you buy them in the tents), and new years its a new years countdown with fireworks, etc.
Also another feature when you mentioned it will have the player owning that specific houses name on it even when they are not in-game, maybe you can have a security system store where players can add security systems to their house. The security system (cameras) could be used in game by you and if offline or online a script in-game connected to a webhook in discord could notify you of a robbery/break in, in a security-notice channel as well as police if you have them.
