Who ever been in the Canadian Rockies and knows paragliding, knows what kind of an achievement this trip of you two was! ´Great respect and mission accomplished..... Well done
Will Gadd was the first person I ever talked to before getting into paragliding over 6 years ago, so actually he was my first mentor :). I never thought paragliding the high plains of TX was possible until I read some of his adventures out of Hobbs NM, now I have pioneered my own (unimpressive) ridge sites here, and am researching what my first competition will be. My goal is to be able to get away from a small local 220 ft canyon ridge, and fly a 300k flight. It's a big dream but why not dream big? This video was such an amazing adventure to watch. Thank you for being an inspiration Will.
Great video will met you in golden when u where prepping for this did not understand why everyone was impressed with your harness weight now I understand. Great flying.
I came across an article of yours on thermals. Most clarifying piece of information I've ever read. Then I looked up your name and found this.... You really inspired me! I'm currently on my progression paragliding course and can't wait to learn more and fly more... Thank you, Will
Great stuff boys. I watched this a few times the last year Do you guys switch gliders sometimes. There is a guy w the yellow jacket flying the red glider which usually has Gavin under it w the blue / green outfit 🤨. What’s up ?
