Rocklily Wombats is a wildlife refuge that rescues, rehabilitates and releases wombats, macropods and other native animals on Gundungurra Country, NSW. After habitat on the property and surrounding areas was badly hit by the devastating 2019-20 Black Summer Bushfires, property owners Dianna and Warwick Bisset have worked tirelessly to restore and reconnect the landscape.
A partnership between Rocklily Wombats and GER's regional partnership Kanangra-Boyd to Wyangala-Link allowed Dianne and Warwick to design, make and install more than fifty nest boxes to reconnect habitat and provide homes for gliders and other hollow-dependant native wildlife.
