i agree, season 2-4's theme is total garbage in my opinion.

Joe Murray wanted the b52’s involved in the show somehow. What he didn’t count on was them recording a piss poor intro song

They're doing a TV movie showing Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert returning to Earth and finding that life has changed since the 1990s. There's a preview for it online and everything.

Technically, it's true. It's coming back as a TV movie next year. It's called "Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling" and it deals with Rocko and company having to deal with a even MORE modern life.
