any line level source [like ipod phone etc] can be used into the input socket. you will need the volume control plugged in. To set the avc level you will need a signal generator set at the input stated in the manual.
@@sparkey1958 Thanks for the answere. Unfortunately l don't have any volume control unit ( they're hard to get ).l'm gonna use it as stereo amp. Can you tell me ,please if l need some kind of on/off switch to power it up , or can just plug into the mains? Is there any way to control the volume ( install potentiometer etc.) , or where l could get the original? Sorry for to many questions but l'm not very familiar with this type of equipment and you seem to be the right specialist. Thank you.
@@magnificussonus2669 yes the amp can be plugged into a 110 to 120v supply. you will need the correct volume control which has tone compensating taps..easier to try and find the complete volume box, if not the correct 25k dual tapped pot is available from jukebox parts suppliers, you would have to make a box with the capacitors and volume pot. and the correct plug into the amp.
