Frankly, they should have made a Wonder Woman game as she tries to free the JL members from Braniac’s control. You free Batman first, given his position as the brains of the JL. With him, you work on freeing Flash and Green Lantern. Last, you save Superman given he is the strongest out of everyone so everyone works together to beat him. Then, as a team, they confront Braniac again who tries to control them, fails, and then the entire JL works together to take him out. Also, it is NOT part of the Arkham-verse.

Imagine a court of owls or Azrael game with the nemesis system

In Rocksteadys defense, how much of this was actually them vs warner bros // how many times has this been scrapped and restarted? I mean we all know many of the original dev team left when they were tasked with making a game (or shortly thereafter) they didn't want to make. Either way it's a once legendary studio that is going to get closed most likely. Gotham knights at least tried and I'd rather play that than this

I agree Gotham Knights should have been made by Rocksteady to continue the Arkhamverse with the bat family. Hell it probably wouldn’t have been called Gotham Knights. Rocksteady will never be the same again.

It’s hinted that Kate Kane is bat woman in the Arkham verse in a voice msg so that could have been the fourth with oracle as support. Oracle could have also had playable parts like the commander role from bf4 looking over the map supporting the team.

For those of you that played the Batman sections of this game you’ll notice how they feel like they are taken out of a different game. They are so well done it’s so drastic when comparing it to other parts of the game. I think this was a completely different game up until WB was having money problems and Microsoft almost bought out their gaming division. If you want to see the ACTUAL character then here are the following things you should read on DC Nuclear Winter Robin 2021 Series DCSEASED The whole series with Leviathan and The Heretic. Super Sons comics DC Trinity cause its hilarious Shadow Wars Batman 666(read carefully cause its complicated and can lead to misunderstandings of the story) He is a great character that was given complex dynamics and tons of development. He should never be emitted from batfamily projects. Its definitely nowhere near as bad as it was,years back you couldn't read any comments on the character without people making extremely violent comments about a 10 year old(imagine those guys as parents,jesus) But a lot of people are still stuck on Injustice for some reason. And even the comics for Injustice give a lot more context than the games. You really think a writer like Grant Morrison would favor a bad character? Or James Gunn would have a bad character as his favourite Robin? I agree 100%. They could've made a game centering the Batfamily. Have Red Hood, Nightwing, Oracle and Robin. Couldve even included Azrael and Catwoman in Batman's absence. They could've introduced players to new characters such as Cassandra Cain/the second Batgirl, Stephanie Brown/Spoiler, Luke Fox, and Kate Kane/Batwoman (who was mentioned in Arkham Knight).

At the end of the day, you need look no further than the people who were involved in making the game to see that it was simply people who hate the previous games, the source material, and even the fans. That studio is simply not the same as the studio that made the Arkham games

Cyborg is the lest respectit JL member by WB, he dosen't have his own show nor move not even his own comics like hes a the onliy JL member thet dosen't have nofing of his own. 2. Hes blak, and big companis (like WB) love making shows,moves or video games with the main caracter/carcters ar blak. 3. Cyborg bein a cyborg has a gagets to and rookstedy can do a lot with they're experinc with gagets and cyborg bein a machin can feal emotion/have felings harder just like Batman.

I would have liked an Arkham story that followed up from Arkham Knight by adding Cassandra Cain to the Bruce-less Bat Family. She would be the fourth character added to fill the Batgirl space, with Dick or Tim as the team leader (I say Tim because, unlike Dick, he stays in Gotham). Cassandra could serve as a character in that middle space between "no killing" Dick and Tim and "definitely killing" Jason, a former young assassin who wants to change her ways. She could be the youngest in the group unfamiliar with Bat stuff or the rogues gallery, and thus used to tutorialize the player about the gadgets and combat.

The funniest thing is dc universe online despite being an old game of 13 years with less graphics has player base to this day.

Game idea: I think and Azrial/ robin and Nightwing game would be amazing. The story is is that after the events of Arkham Knight robin(tim drake) has to work with Nightwing to minimize the city's out of control crime because bloodheavens criminals are rushing in to take advantage of the confusion after their riots caused by Scarecrow's fear toxin and they run into azrael who's trying to become the new Batman but is still too violent so robin and nightwing have to stop him from taking it to far. The main villains wild be the Order that controlled Azrael And to make the fans happy half way(or the end) of the game u investigate the murder of black mask leading back to the Arkham Knight dlc that Red Hood is in action.

A game where you play as these 3 directly after arkham knight and they have to fend off gothams crime and solve bruce’s “death”. Have nightmare batman be the end fight and have batman say “this was a test… now i know gotham can be protected without me” and then he goes and joins the JL

It shouldn't be this hard to produce new story content for a Suicide Squad game. I mean, i dont like the whole killing the JL aspect, but if they had to continue it, what if they added new missions where you have to kill other Justice League members, such as Aquaman, Cyborg, Hawkman or Captain Marvel?

This is an understatement. They should have an entire to do list before they get anywhere close to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. That's basically end game for the end of the universe after you've done everything else. Arkham Games Bat-Family Superman Wonder Woman Teen Titans Justice League Suicide Squad (not kill the justice league) Maybe a few other independent heroes. Then, after all that, maybe end the universe with this game. As you can see, they threw ALL that potential in the trash.

Honestly the rocksteady we once knew is too far gone to even want them to return to even trust with batman again. If monolith deliver a great game with Wonder Woman then they absolutely should be the new guys to take a crack at a new Batman game featuring the nemesis system. If there’s one thing good you can take from rocksteady still is that they are really good at developing engaging traversal mechanics I personally think they’d be better off making taking on a solo flash project

When I heard about the Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad games being announced, and one of them was a sequel to the Arkham series, and Gotham Knights had a dead Batman with the Bat family trying to pick up the pieces and move forward to carry the legacy, I assumed Gotham Knights was the sequel. I really, really wish it had been. This has all been a waste of potential.

Give up on Rocksteady. Give up on WB. Give up on quality DC games. They don't have a good future ahead.
