So here's the thing. So although ch. 3 will be about Rockys crimes in US from 77-81, it will be about how Rocky helped Jimmy Carter become the president of US. If you are aware, the company of which Jimmy Carter was a CEO used to make submarines. Even after becoming president, it was Jimmy Carter who gave boost to the US naval Submarine program. When lnayat Khaleel said that Rocky's coffin needs to bought, they were referring to the underwater coffin,a submarine. So chp. 3 will consist of Rocky's crimes in US from 77-81 but in the end of the movie it will be revealed that Rocky is alive. Most probably, it will also show how Ramika Sen too was made PM by Rocky🔥.
