Hey my uncle Rocky, gave me Gaylen Mosiers jersey when I was a kid and helped me get the first rm50 Suzuki great guy and only deaf motocross mechanic on the world . RIP!
Now, I've got the May 1976 Article of Modern Cycle in front of me here (yeah, it's awesome) and there's an interview with Mosier in there. Here's a few quotes. "I didn't start wining until I got the Maico." "With Honda, the relationship was only in the experimenting stages." "Finally, I just told them I quit." "I went out and bougght a 250 radial Maico." "I never considered another bike." "First thing [the beginner] should do is get a good bike, a Maico." He was a Maico man, alright!
