hi, is it a through hole design on the adaptor? or it's a blind hole design that the extended side and thread side is divided?

Hi, good question. The hardware works with all of our Atlas up-locking seats. We do have a number of down-locking seats that have fixed fighting butts. I'm working on a design for a removable fighting butt for a down-locking seat, but it will not be out for another year.
