Happy early birthday TC and thank you for the happy Mother’s Day. I’ve always been a fan of rode and think it’s a good product. Especially for the bigger video camera that are used to make a movie.
Hi Amy! Thanks for commenting and I'll definitely do a review on how it sounds! From what little I've tried with it so far, it sounds great for my voice (after tweaking some dials in Rode Central). 💜
I've not tried this (I will tomorrow) so don't know if it'll work, but could you plug a Rode Video Micro into a Rode Go wireless transmitter (well, any make really) and use it at any distance from the camera you want (up to the range of the transmitter / receiver). just a thought… I don't see why not as you can olug a wired lave mic into one just fine 🙂
If I had a Rode Go wireless transmitter I’d try it. As a matter of fact it makes me wonder if my Rode VideoMic GO II would work with my Comica or TOSICAM Mailada wireless transmitters? (Not sure if I’m brave enough to risk damaging or shorting something out!)
