Yes the streamerx can passthrough 1080@240, 1440@120, and 4k@60 as it has a hdmi 2.0 the mainstream has the same 2.0 hdmi but their documentation says 1080@60….for the mainstream i have not put on a frame tester yet
@@jimm3range oh goodness well that’s a good question as they both have their place,….the streamerx if you 4k and the mainstream for IO both do audio really well and both the software suites are not as intuitive as they could be. If price is an option the main stream is a bit cheaper (100 dollars less) if we are talking about which one, in my opinion is the better option, i would say the mainstream. I just wish it was able to capture above 1080
@@G.E.T well that’s what I thought. I must’ve just misunderstood you when you were explaining the backside of the road streamer X and you said you can’t input a camera.
@@G.E.T no no apologies necessary. You were talking about the usb c ports and that why I misunderstood. Look if there were a metaphorical Helen Keller for tech illiteracy… I would be beyond that persons help I’m just trying to find a simpler solution than Audio into Rodecaster pro ii- out into a ART cleanbox, then into a atem mini pro iso It would be nice to have one unit that would take my camera input, mix it with audio and allow me to pip some stuff from a pc feed and save it all to a hard drive to edit. I don’t even livestream. It almost feels intentional on the manufacturers parts with some of the audio outputs and inputs on different hardware that you have to use a clean box ugh.. does the streamer x have the same audio quality as the Rodecaster?
