Rode Wireless Go II merged still only in one ear? Might be a simple fix! 

I just bought a new Sony ZV-E10 camera and noticed that even in merged mode on my Rode Wireless Go II receiver, I was still only getting audio on one side or the other. Turns out, the fix for me was another setting that I hadn't thought of!
That silly Safety channel while in merged mode was keeping it from coming through properly! So if you're having a similar issue, it might just be all it takes!
