I'm in the market for one of these and so far this is helping a lot! and unless the rog ally x goes on sale for Christmas i will probably end up getting the rog ally not x.

At the end, which one you prefer? Rog ally X or legion go? I would like to buy one but I really don’t know which one, if steam deck oled, rog ally X or Legion go.. im thinkin about legion go maybe..

The Legion Go screen is definitely a big plus, but its battery life and weight is an issue. If your commute (or how you plan to use it) is less than an hour, than probably isn't such an issue. I won't know which I prefer for sure until the ROG Ally X review unit arrives. Hopefully soon!

@@motivatedtravelHi! I am planning to game at home mostly or when travelling, as im shy to play in public (also i dont commute besides driving). So Go's size is a plus for me, and mostly i'll be beside a charger. Do you think I should wait out for the Ally Z just for 24gb RAM? Because I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on Legion Go.

Haven't used it myself. On paper, looks ok for the price. Smallish screen was what caught my eye.

Would you be frustrated if a Legion Go Pro came out, then they announced a LG2 shortly thereafter? Either way, battery life must go up!

@@motivatedtravel not really, I just want a bigger battery. The legion go was never heavy for me. It would be nice if Lenovo gave us options to where every time they were released, they'll have the bigger one and a little one for sale for cheap.

@@horticultural261 yeah but the only thing that interests me with the ROG Ally is the battery, it has a small screen. There's more stuff that interests me with the Legion Go. If the Legion Go had a 80w battery, then it'll be the perfect handheld for me.

I would try for a white version but with the issue with the wanarty and the SD card slot don't think ti worth getting one, and the black is ncie btu way to much money to spend. I think the Steam Deck is better value tog et over these, if they wodul fix alot fo their issue maybe I woudl get one.

You can't help but wonder at this point if a ROG Ally 2 or ROG Ally OLED is far off, too.
