kennycybertron1, Everybody knows that. It’s Elton John’s song. This is a Roger Daltrey cover of the song, that was used on the soundtrack for the 1987 movie “Lost Boys”. Everybody pretty much knows this too. Well, except those who go around youtube, trying to correct people, not knowing themselves, the Facts first. It even states that in the description here, if you would had checked that, but, Thanks anyway.

wow just so much emotions going in this fantastic song ,I remember buying it on 12 inch single daltrey you don't get the real credit you deserve, should of been a hit ,but we all know good songs don't only crap makes a hit
