@@derekmmmm Unfortunately we'll never hear an authentic live version... those drum solos in the middle were amazing and, sadly, we've lost Cozy Powell. I haven't even seen a solid drum cover of this song mainly because of how challenging and different all the solos are.
@@goodwolfproject6850 Me neither have never seen an authentic cover drum version of this song either Cozy Powell is gone , Stewart Copeland ,is still here wasn’t the other Carl Palmer maybe i’m wrong though ,and Phil Collins. was on it .
I saw Rog at Madison Square Garden in December 1985. It was an interesting show - Big Country opened (I loved them - they were great), and John Parr of "St. Elmo's Fire" fame. Parr, not so much.
Jesse >>>> sry u had to sit thru The Clash, man ..... (that song ''should I stay or should I go?'' .... is the worst piece of 'one-hit-wonder' crap to EVER be puked out of the U.K. ! )
@@jimstull2751 My brother and I were also there. It was a Monday night. Ironically, the same night that the Miami Dolphins beat the Chicago Bears. Their only loss that season.
It really is a terribly fake performance. The drum solo is clearly an edited recording of the original because each drummer's section actually sounds different from the other, which would not happen with only one drummer playing, plus you can see that he isn't playing what you are hearing.
